The application for the contribution can be submitted until 15 December 2023 at the latest. The application must be accompanied by proof of payment for the physical activity or sports activity, which must not be older than 3 months from the date of payment at the time of application. The contribution cannot be granted for online exercise courses, individual tickets (except for contributions for the elderly) or the hire of sports facilities.
